Our seafarers are screened, interviewed and tested, cross-checked refferences from previous employers, this way being able to select only the best for the job.

Romania has a tradition of more than 100 years in merchant shipping and maritime education and two excellent Naval and Maritime Universities with modern and extended training facilities.

All Romanian safarers are well trained and certified acording to STCW, being able to carry out their duties on any type of vessel and under any national flag.

We have an excelent cooperation with Romanian Naval Authority and CERONAV - the Romanian training facility for seafarers, making us a reliable partner, keeping us up to date with all the International requirements in the shipping industry.

Our recruitment and placement process follows these steps :
  * obtain job offer from the client ( either company or recruitment agency)
  * obtain all the necessary information about the available jobs ( job description, location, duration of contract, salary & method of payment, working schedule, visa and air ticket details, accommodation & food, insurance and medical cover, application form required)
  * selection of the suitable candidates ( gathering cvs /resumes and other documents)
  * interview the candidates ( verifying all their certificates, diplomas, references, working history as well as testing their English language or other foreign languages required by the employer )
  * translations of all required documents in the language requested by the Employer
  * providing our client with all the necessary documents and photos
  * arranging the interview between the client and the applicant
  * assisting and offering consultancy to the applicant regarding the employment contract
  * inform the applicant about the client's requirements
  * providing the client with a professional opinion about the applicant and his work experience
  * obtain form the client all the necessary papers for the chosen applicants
  * arranging the transportation of the future employees from Constanta to the nearest airport in Romania or to the work place when this requested by the Employer
  * arranging a complete medical examination with a professional company here in Romania.
